"I have a lot to say now that I have teeth to smile with :)
My first visit was an emergency due to an exposed nerve that almost killed me, I searched Google looking for an emergency dentist, called several downtown offices to no avail then called UAD - Yay!! The receptionist was so great, she heard my pain (they listen to you), placed me on hold for a few seconds, came back to the line and asked how fast could I get there? I replied, ah in less than minutes. She said come on Dr. Zalay will be waiting for you, I got there in 8 minutes and the entire staff was waiting for me, I instantly relaxed because I could feel the care they ALL have for the patient. Now they don't know me from a man on the moon but I felt as if I met all of them before, that is how comfortable they make you feel, EVEN WHILE YOU ARE IN PAIN!! Dr. Zalay is sooooo sweet and cool at the same time, she's so bubbly you almost forget about that nasty sounding drill.
The first thing Dr. Zalay did was inject me with pain reliever, then the finance lady came in to discuss payment with me, now I'm an old school cash carrying kind of gal and only had about $200.00 on me at the time, she said perfect we can get started and bill you for the difference, Wow, what service and in about 45 minutes later I was on my way home and not in any pain, YAY!!!
I was so pleased with how they took care of me, I personally went in to pay the difference I owed and decided that I would also inquire about getting a entire new smile. I told Dr. Zalay what I could afford and asked what could be done for the money, she thoroughly explained everything to me, from x-rays, extractions, time line and of course, payment. She took so many impressions I was dizzy and knew then that she's kind of a perfectionist, which is A ok with me.
I've been telling everyone that I meet about UAD, I'm so satisfied with the service and my new smile.
